Appellant Dennis Strand (Strand) appeals from the final judgment and order of the Eleventh Judicial District Court, Flathead County. The District Court accepted Strands conditional plea of guilty to the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and sentenced him to 60 days in jail, all but one suspended, upon certain conditions, including his payment of a $350 fine. We reverse and remand.
